During my ambitious academic pursuit at the University of Kansas, I balanced various sales positions within the real estate industry. Although successful, assisting homeowners was only temporary before my long-planned relocation to New York City. My finance career began at KPMG where I audited landmark New York buildings including; Rockefeller Center, NY Times, Chrysler, and MetLife. I went onto Morgan Stanley to help facilitate billion dollar portfolios before moving to the Phoenix metro. I have spent the last two years helping multiple companies in the valley improve business processes and issue financial statements. From the mom-and-pop mortgage shop to the Big 4 accounting firm, one trend is consistent:
